Functional medicine nutrition is a personalized approach to health that focuses on understanding and addressing the root causes of health issues, rather than just managing the symptoms. It involves assessing an individual’s unique nutritional needs based on their lifestyle, environment, and genetic factors. Functional nutrition aims to support overall well-being through dietary and lifestyle modifications, emphasizing whole, nutrient-dense foods, and taking into consideration how various factors impact bodily functions. The functional nutrition approach is a means to shift an individual’s internal terrain, restoring balance and health to the body’s functions, making the environment inhospitable for symptoms and conditions to exist.
We dive into whole body health with a 60-minute health history session, including a symptom index score to measure your baseline and monitor progress. This leads to a customized functional nutrition plan including access to advanced labwork (as needed), advanced disease screening (as desired), targeted and medical-grade nutritional supplementation (as needed), and lifestyle modifications designed to address the root causes of symptoms and conditions that take away from your quality of life.

In response to frequent requests, we now offer hybrid health and business coaching. This format is only available to women entrepreneurs, business owners, and solopreneurs/freelancers and those who are going out on their own for the first time.
